No, Beach Airplane company would NOT be within their rights to sell a Bonanazaa. There is much precidence for companies loosing lawsuits for having similar but not identical names to ones that were...

Knowing a little bit about this, it's not that they are interested in money from Modelers. It's that, because of current Trade Mark Law, if they don't protect their trademark in all areas, models...
