I know, that is an amazing price. I confirmed it on the website, so I'm pretty sure it's legit. I live just a few miles from Chief and bought mine from them last year. Paid $720.00 and picked it up....

I mounted mine aprox 1/4" right and centered with the thrust line, which is what I remember my manual saying. I'm not finished with the build yet but I have test fit the cowl and it looks perfectly...

I just looked it up on BME's website and it's listed at 4.7, so I assume that is without the mufflers.

I have the rudder set up with the included arm for the pull-pull, and am using Kevlar cable. I think the geometry is alright because I have no slack at full deflection although they do tighten up...

I have been trying to find where to get the carbon fiber AM gear for the 33%. Since the split with AM no one seems to be able to get them. Do you have a source for that??

Unfortunately Chief only got some for the 35%, not the 33% on their last order. I'll call Chief and see if they are able to get some for the 33. I'll let you guys know if I have any luck.

Mine didn't come with one either. Even though the manual makes mention of a tail wheel bracket, I don't think any of them come with that either.
