I should have told you about the bigger gear, I did that as well. I think I used 3 inch for the main and 2.5 inch for the Nose, the roll out is much better now. The extra weight is not a big deal,...

Nice build. I am working on my second PT 40 right now. I used the A wing, but with the control surfaces. It made the plane very tough in cross winds. I am building a new wing with even less angle...
