I find the stock tires work well if the track is soft or slightly muddy.

If the track is dry and dusty, you would want some x-pin type tread.

The Track is located at Magothy Beach Road Jacobsville Park that is owned by the county.

So, it is free to use everyday until dusk.

Grantothismo,

Pasadena-offroad.com is free except on days they have events which is normally Saturdays or Sundays.

It is about an hour from DC but worth the trip.

when you brake, I assume the throttle arm is closing the carb.

If it is closing the carb too much, couldn't you adjust your idle screw to keep the carb from closing when you apply...

EJ, I still have the stock disc. Can't you just decrease the space between the break pad and shoes by tightening the screws?

I have heard the slide carb is newer technology and they are both the same price at tower.

My MT2 seems to be running good but I noticed a lot of gas/oil build up all over the engine. At first I thought it might be that the fuel line connection to the exhaust came undone...

I got the GMP Racing knuckles off ebay at a decent price from CTY300 for like 14 bucks.

I have not had any problems with them and they make the truck look nice.

Have gotten a few other hop...
