Last time, I used a shut off valve on fuel line to help adjusting the big venturi carburator in my converted engine.

The goal for diesel conversion is fuel efficiency.
It means that the propellar can run and lasting longer for the same gram(s) of fuel.
We don't use gallone since gallone is for volumn....

If a 4 stroke gas engine can't convert for a real diesel engine, can this big gas engine be converted for using parafin? or with a little ether added diesel?

Hi Martin,
The clearence between the TDC and valves is about 1/8 inch. When the piston at TDC, the valves are suppose cloesed, am I correct?
I thought the real diesel engine have valves too,...
