Interesting! The engine was not dry then I first started it was a fair amount of fuel inside; the only place I put some oil is on the cam gear when I start a new engine or one that has been stored...

The enclosed picture show what I end up doing; the greyish area is a Ã˜6.5 x 2.5 mm steel insert which is press fitted into the aluminium parts. The guy who did this said that it was a good quality...
