The APC 16x6 is pretty good, but I'm going to try the 16x8 when I find one locally. I've heard that it is better too.

The 16x5 3 blade prop will probably be too much for the 1.25. I would be looking for something in the 14" range. Maybe a 15", but I would be halfway expecting it to still be too much prop.

The head of the screw should be just below the face of the throttle arm, maybe 1mm below it. They are set to be very rich.

Absolutely. The LS affects throttle up to around 85% and does have an effect on the high end as well. If your engine is showing a lot of smoke, it is too rich. A well tuned Saito doesn't have much of...

Do you mean that you turned the lowspeed 2.5 turns out? Or, did you go all the way in until the set screw stopped?

The extra nitro may give you a few hundred more RPMs, but that sounds like a...
