the solenoid provides a means of immediately stopping fuel flow to the turbine. shutting off the power to the fuel pump doesn't immediately stop the flow of fuel.

    RE: Surging on Acceleration (again)

No, it only resets the PID loops. Atmospheric conditions (determined with algorithms during previous runs) are stored and used by the ECU, sometimes when the turbine has sat unused this algorithm can...

    RE: Surging on Acceleration (again)

Hold Manual on the GSU and slowly advance thrust while continuing to hold it down and continue holding about 30 seconds. It will reset the PID loops and should clear up the issue.

yes it is, you bind for failsafe with 150%, reduce to 75% and learn RC works perfect.

the pic's were of Douggy's old classic flash and my classic flash, they are just Velcro'd in, it works great. the wing holds them in place in flight and the Velcro when the wing is off.

RE: Info from Data Terminal after a shutdown

the video shows no fault of the turbine, it runs fine up till you start jamming the throttle stick up and down to induce a fault (the pump can't possibly keep up with your up/down/up/down demands),...
