RE: Hobby King Refunds

I'm also a regular customer of Hobbypartz.com for the same reasons you cited.
FYI, though, they've recently raised the cutoff for free shipping from $25 to $50.
Still a good deal, though.

RE: Sepulveda Basin

Hi Mike,

Good info on the Spektrum workaround to the Hitec throttle function.

A little clarification, though... I believe that the Hitec feature that you're referring to is the "Lock"...

RE: An Email to my County Parks Dept.

Just a suggestion: The content and tone of your message sounds fine. It's well-reasoned and respectful, right up to the last sentence.

RE: Nitro models pusher Bobcat?

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the reply. I've been trying to use the "Search this Thread" function at the bottom of the page and don't come up with too much. For example, if I search on "wing removal",...

RE: Nitro models pusher Bobcat?

Great info... I found your gallery photos on how you made the GMS .76 fit. I've got a Dremel, so that part will be pretty easy.

RE: Nitro models pusher Bobcat?

Thanks, Bob...

My Bobcat 50 version has fixed landing gear so that simplifies things. Also, I'll probably rethink the wing removal idea, since it looks like it requires removal and replacement...

RE: Nitro models pusher Bobcat?

Excellent! Thanks for the info.

Yes, I agree about breaking in the GMS .76. I've had several of them and they both took at least a full gallon to "get in the groove"... Once they're there,...

RE: Nitro models pusher Bobcat?

Hi Opjose,

I just received my Bobcat 50 and will begin assembling it today. The manual says it can take up to a .60-size engine. I also have a GMS .76 that I'd like to use for this project...

RE: Cermark F16: What version is this?

Thanks for the info. Yes, this one has a one piece wing and wood fuse.

If you still have that manual on hand, I'd greatly appreciate the CG and control throw info.

Many Thanks,
Rod

Cermark F16: What version is this?
