I had the same decision to make a while back. For all the good reports on flying about the UF, I couldn't get past the looks thing. I went for the BARF and have no regrets - it's difficult to...

    RE: Wing Tubes

Hi Mark - Nuno is correct - you read the calipers at the 0 on the bottom scale, not the metal edge. The top scale gives the decimals so the calipers are reading 38.0mm in the photo.

    RE: SPEED

Nice! You must have been 'giving it death' as the Bandit drivers here in the UK say when they 'forget to throttle back'! Come over to the UK - we don't have a max speed limit!! :D Any reason why...

    RE: Tail Slide

The compressor on our model jet engines is centrifugal rather than axial. These are much less prone to compressor stall than an axial flow compressor, hence more accepting of the disturbed airflow...

    RE: DEDICATED JET FOR P20,WHEN

From what I've seen at UK jet meetings, the P20 craze came and went very quickly. IMO the problem with the P20 is it's a very expensive little motor, which goes into an expensive little jet that...

    RE: EASY JET

    Hi João

You have designed a really pretty jet trainer there! Well done! It certainly beats the Boomerang series in the looks stakes, as it looks like a 'proper' jet. Good luck with your other...

RE: 12x dsm2 still using it?

I'm still using DSM2 technology as well, but with the DSX11, which has been faultless in the last 2 years of use. As Dave says, the styling of the DSX11/XG11 takes getting used to, but it is the...

  25. RE: Pitot Tube IAS Airspeed Sensor For Futaba ... Very Cool !!!
