Can you snap a picture of the bottom of you cowl? You should have a bigger hole in the bottom them you have in the front. Hot air needs to get out. 1:1 is not enough, need more than that.

Omni-Directional Antenna still have a nulls at each end of the pattern. Dont get stuck in the doughnut hole. 99.9% of the time you will be fine. You could go with the 9 channel to get the two antenna...

You can go up in power a little. I have a 40 size trainer with a OS 46AX and its a blast to fly.

I have a nice kit built 73" P-38. Been thinking about putting a CC board in it with full 3 axis gyros to fly-by-wire. If I lose a motor, the CC board WILL go to full throws to keep it level and save...

Take a 10x8 with you and check the amperage with a watt meter. 10x7 on a 770kv 4s set-up might be a little small. I have a 890kv Scorpion and 10x7 is about as small as I can go on a Pulse 25.
