His Bronco came in at over 40 lbs after adding a lot of scale details. He also swapped 26 cc for 35 cc gas engines. I hope you can keep to your 22 lb target. Good luck.

My Gen V retracts measure 7 3/8" from mounting plate to center of wheel hub. The cowl is 6 7/8" where mounted but inside where engine will go is 6 1/2" dia.

Those tires are a lot smaller than the ones that came with the KMP retracts. My wheels fill the cutout with almost no room to spare.

You sail 400 yards away??????? Are you using your radio to sail full size yachts? :D I have mine in an EC 12 and I can't imagine ever needing to sail 400 yards away from shore.
