I suppose it depends on whether it's sealed up or open to the atmosphere as to how fast it will evoporate... :) :)

I would not want to use anything less than a 9252 Futaba for your intended application... They have about 90oz. in. of torque and a speed of .14 sec/60*... For the tail the 9253 (Fut) is good at...

Yes the JR/Futaba gyro thing works well... In fact, I run a PCM10X with all Futaba (9252) servos, and the 401/9253 combo that you mentioned... I've been using this arrangement for about 3 years now...

Yep, Jeff your on it... The training wheels pick up any vibration and amplify them... It get progressively worse if you don't shut it down... Good job on the hovering... You've got a good machine...
