RE: New Funtana 125

As I near completion the CG is about down to 7 in FLE and I am feeling better about that. I did not account for what I would have to add to mount the batteries and ignition box. My old X-100 always...

This is a hobby that a lot of people end up doing for several years. With any thing there are expendable pieces and investment pieces that comprise the whole package. With this hobby,...

OS FS-20

What do you guys think of this little engine? I have been considering using the one I have but have been reluctant thus far as it is new in the box and could be considered collectable.

RE: Need aerial photos, where do I start?

With all respect. Buy your imaging equipment, find your local club and see if you can hire a pilot (he will probably do it for free) to take it up on his plane. Someone will have a suitable airframe...

RE: very first airplane-where do i start?

Alena23, You fall into the 10% club.

You came here with absolutely no R/C back ground, asked the usual questions, but unlike 90%, you took that advice and are having a successfull experience....

Retracts and grass fields

I have had a few warbird ARFs now and love to fly them. Ultimately I always end up flying around with the gear hanging down due to the wire landing gear bending such that the gear will not fully...

RE: Elevator and Stabilizer Spacing?

That is a big gap. On a trainer that will not cause too much trouble but as you move onto faster more aerobatic planes it can cause flutter by air slipping between the gap. Some people seal the gap...

Neat plane! It looks like it has a rubber band on wing and a fiberglass or plastic fusalage? Is it a built up wing or some composit? What is the wing span and engine size?
