Is the pin in the top of the cylinder case, Could be to align the cylinder liner so the ports are in the correct position. Can you post a picture?

I have the same set up I made that uses pulleys and cables. I have 6oz weights on the bow next to the wire legs. It keeps the wire on the template just fine.

Not sure on the V2 but on the V3, positive 1/4 degree on the wing and 0 on the stab per the plan is what I show. CG is at the front of the wing...

Dave, Recieved the fiberglass parts last month from Don (AKA Frequent Flyer) and just bought a OS140RX and pipe. Wing ribs are cnc cut and ready to pick up from a buddy house when the snow melts off...
