If you watch fleabay you can pick up these engines pretty cheap - cheaper than a new PL.
Might be easier to find another complete engine - with the added benefit to get another carb/NV :)

Compared to the schlosser .25 turning a 5.7x3 mid 10's

Freakin - yes it is one of the custom 9x10 props. I Love Jets schooled me to tune for 20k on the ground and not to launch with anything else.

So the prop is trimmed to 8.75" and the section is...

The Nooner is a decent plane - no world beater and a bit thick airfoil but solid plane.
We were flying them with Mega 3turns on 10cell nimh getting 130mph
