Going along with what he said, I have seen a few like this and they had too much prop, The fix was a smaller either by diameter or pitch or both, but don't rule out bearings.

I am right around in this area as Robison says. I am running a 13/10 for a while but have a 13/13 pattern prop in the bag when I'm ready. Its a bit nerve racking too. I am use to 15,16,18,000 rpms...

Wait until you land it. They stall just as easy. Don't even think about "coasting" on in. Keep some power on until right before landing. I made that mistake only once.
