So we all agree that it's unethical, but that somehow the cost overcomes ethics and justifies the purchase. If that is the case we are in agreement and I am done.

That is the risk to operating overseas. China disregards all US law for copyrights and patents and will reverse engineer ANYTHING. That is a risk that HPI assumed to get cost down. 5B's would...
