Realflight will teach you a thing or two about stick movement, but there is so much of flying that depends on how you set up your plane ,and that can only be gained through an instructor.

    Tailwheel

I use the Sullivan on my GP Extra and it seems to do ok. I agree that I always upgrade the tail wheel, and anything else for that matter that might be below par.

I used aluminum foil once in a pinch and as long as you "peel" it from the balsa carefully, it works great! And should you end up with a little stuck, it is much easier to remove.

H9 Easy 2 first flight easy!

I was not able to wait any longer and I flew my Hangar 9 Easy 2 by myself. I know, I should have seeked help from an intructor. But I must say, that it was not as hard as I anticipated. On New Years...

Agreed. Knowledge of principles of flight, very important. RC flight characteristics are very different. But I do think that having prior understanding of why wings fly(or not)can be a benefit to you...

Can we see a pic of the wing in its present condition? It might help if there was a little more to go on. But as you have described it, I think considering the shape of the wing and the fit at the...

What R All These Saws We R Talkign About???
