Thanks to Dave, I found my fuel inlet was not sufficiently sized and mis aligned. I got the motor started immediately after it was bored out. I am still confused on the proper needle settings...

Use the Pica hinge glue, water soluable and no mess. Holds better than epoxy for me.

I just discovered my Extra 300 was fuel soaked in the area of the landing gear attachment block. Got the K-2R at ACE hardware this week. It worked wonders. Spray on till soaked wait a few minutes...

THe engine of choice is a Saito 91 four stroke. Then use the prop you mentioned. Flys awesome. I have one over a year now.

Are you sure youre not referring to the very popular APC12338 sport prop size 12.25X3.75? This is the one most used for the 3D on some engines.

I too am very sensitized to CA and cannot use it unless I wear my supplied air mask that I use to paint cars while gluing the plane parts together. What a bummer. I have tried Titebond, Elmers etc....
