clean the parts with alcohol, and put a small dab of blue locktite on the tip of the bolt. operative words "clean" and "small" dab.

First try some talcum powder as a lube, if that doesn't work go to home depot or lowes and get a large dowel, and some sandpaper. carefully sand the sockets.

If I recall correctly the throttle arm on the DL can be rotated on its shaft 180 deg. for clearance.

Correct on the servo extensions as charge leads. Any good 12V power supply that can provide 10-12 amps will work. I got mine from Radio Shack for $70.00

I had a misalignment of the bottom two as well. Its an easy fix. I redrilled all of the holes in the mounting tabs sightly larger to facilitate starting all the bolts before tightening any. If...
