RE: Please help identify this balance connector

I think I've about given up on finding the balance adapter. I'll just charge it at a little less than 1c and see how long it lasts. Not like liposuction are super expensive these days. Hell I...

RE: Please help identify this balance connector

Here is a closer picture comparing the plug to the XH board 2 cell slot.

RE: Please help identify this balance connector

No sir, it's really obvious when you put the plug next to the 2 cell slot that it's not going to fit. The pin spacing on the XH adapter is quite a bit higher than this adapter. As I stated before,...

LiFe pack swelling

I bought two of these (the 1/16 E-Revo kit) back in Feb 2011, and have put less than 50 cycles through each of the packs, and now both packs have started to swell, so I've stored them in the lipo...

RE: Please help identify this balance connector

That is good info, but none of those balance connections seem to fit what this is. The pin spacing is 1mm and the entire plug is 7mm wide with 3 pins.

RE: Please help identify this balance connector

Correct, the two balance boards I have (labeled Hyperion and JST) do not fit this balance plug.

Please help identify this balance connector

I am attempting to convert this battery over to charge on my Hyperion EOS6060i and need to identify the balance plug used on this pack so I can get an adapter (to either Hyperion or JST) or find the...

RE: Revo 3.3 , Tmax 3.3 or Savage 4.6 ?

I enjoy watching the suspension travel on the Revo, as it literally flows over the rough terrain, like a smooth mountain stream. :)

RE: Revo 3.3 , Tmax 3.3 or Savage 4.6 ?

My opinion is that the Revo 3.3 is pretty much the best MT you can buy for the money.

RE: Buying Used: What to look for?

What would be the visual queue to look for to distinguish between the Savage X (and I guess the non-X version?).

From the images I've found online, I can't really tell a noticeable difference in...

Buying Used: What to look for?

I recently got started on Nitro with a buggy and I'm loving it, so now I'm looking to expand my garage with a Nitro Monster Truck.

I've been thinking about a RedCat Avalanche XP, but the local...

Stampede - Rebuilt steering linkage

I have an older stampede, running the FLM extended aluminum chassis and extended arms. One thing that has bothered me about the setup is I never could find a good way to setup the steering, even...

RE: Shockwave Wheels

Well the main reason I'm looking for new wheels is I like to play in the abandon gravel pits near my house, but after the first attempt at running the Shockwave out there, I figured out real quick...

RE: Earthquake 3.5 barely accelerates

If you hold two (or all 4) wheels in place and turn the spur gear, is there normal resistance from the diffs or is it too easy to turn?

RE: Tornado S30 Problem

My first guess would be check electronics, battery, connections, etc. Other than that, sounds like bad interference somehow. Mine usually jumps around a bit when I touch the glow plug igniter to...

RE: I need someone to tune my nitro red cat buggy! Im in Fort Lauderdale or I can ship to you!

Search YouTube for "RedCat Nitro Engine Tuning Guide", there are two videos (Pt 1, Pt 2). These explain which needle is which, and even has a demonstration of "too rich" and "too lean" for each of...

Check out the videos from Alishanmao on YouTube. (http://www.youtube.com/user/alishanmao)

There are some great videos on how to set the idle properly as well as tuning the HSN and LSN needles....

Shockwave Wheels

I'd like to explore some options on the wheels for my Shockwave buggy. I know 2.2", 12mm hex, etc, but the front wheels seem to have a limited depth available due to the C-Hubs (I think?), and...

RE: shockwave engine?

It sure does look like the engine on my Shockwave. My best guess would say yes just by the physical resemblance.

Don't be turned off by the voltage different. These packs hold their voltage under load as good if not better than any other battery.

My buddy with his E-sav has three different sets of...

RE: Lipo battery recommendation for Mamba 5700

http://www.a123racing.com/html/starterkits.html

Much safer than Li-Po, useable for 1000+ cycles. Cheaper than a Li-Po + Charger + Balancer. 15 minute re-charge.

Perfect batteries if you...
