    There is a ground clearance problem, I'm running OS75 ax with 13x8 prop and it eats props.

    After the sixth attempt the wood filler starts to crack so I did what MinnFlyer suggested in that long awaited thread just with sealing iron not the heat gun, I guess what I got is good enough.

    Thanks guys,
    I was thinking to put on the US 1000 a DLE-30 or the coming OS 33GT but the pounds of all of this seem on the border, but if you say the most fun is the 60 maybe I just stay with...

    RE: The dreaded step!

    Steps I dread the most:
    CG measuring => battery installation.

    Here is what I would do:
    decide which hole you need to close, take the T nuts out of all four holes.
    know and mark the holes you want to keep (you might want to keep the front holes because of T...

    RE: Name that plane (kit)!

    TB,
    Why don't you build another one chippy or even better Ultra Sport 60, IMHO the US 60 builds easier, faster and flies even better.
    Either way put a US 60 on your build list.
    My chippy went...

    Any idea how to make the US60 without the plastic canopy but with balsa shape of a canopy?
    Doesn’t have to be identical just similar to the original canopy, I want to fiberglass it all.
