Gents, another q: I'd like to go with a 4S setup, to try & eke a few more mph out of the FJ.

Can anybody recommend a decent motor from hobbypartz or hobbyking?

Yep, indeed...but just as good, read the motor specs!!! Grayson motor is 3200kw, 6-series motor is 2200kw

So, it's a step back

On the watt-meter...what's everyone using?

A couple plugs there are from Tower, and my LHS is (of course) a Tower retailer so they're easy to get. I'll try the blaster.

The plug that's in there has an idle bar;...

It's a used low-time motor. I pulled the plug to identify it (thinking I'd get a couple spares) and it's like nothing I'd seen...

Duck, great question....and no it isn't. In fact I've been ripping it up very fast and very quick w/ both my Stryker and my Grayson Funjet and have become fairly decent with those in high-speed...
