Silicone fuel tubing for glow powered models can be had from hobby suppliers that deal with glow powered helis, planes, cars etc.
I beleive the size is 1/16" inside diameter is what you need.

I picked up the link set for the belt cp which includes rods and ball ends.
I managed to build 3 links the same lenth from the bunch.
I'm using hs 55's and the balls just clear.

Any ubec that the output is 5 volts should keep your receiver, servos etc happy. There is a bunch in the 2 to 3 amp range for $15.00 or less.
I have a hobby wing 3 amp that puts out 5 volts or 6...
