Here are 3 locations for you to try. I think cable organizer is the best IMHO.

RE: my 500 esp is here

My second 500 ESP arrived today, 8days from Flying Hobby to Ontario Canada (regular shipping). It has the Hitec 5245MG's, and the new frames with the lowered battery mount. Now the build begins.

RE: Honeybee King v2 tuner shop

It's always good to convert to a computer radio for pitch and throttle curves, throttle hold, remote gyro adjust etc.

Sorry, what I meant is throttle hold pitch curve. You are correct regarding idle up curve.

    RE: FUTABA 6EX or 7C?

I have both because I was very dissapointed with the 6EX. It doesn't have subtrims, built in timer, or dedicated idle-up pitch curve. All basic requirements in my mind.

Disreguard this message, I thought you had a different problem (blades spinning but no liftoff).

RE: Honeybee King v2 tuner shop

Check the specs. I think the HS50 is good on speed (good tail servo), but down on torque (bad for cyclic). I think the HS55, or Esky standards might be better for cyclic.

I don't know what the limit is, but if you're having trouble, compose the message in notepad, then cut and paste it in the forum thread.

I wouldn't worry about a heat sink, here is a CC Thunderbird 36, that I know has had loads of at least 42 amps through it with no heat sink, and no damage.Seems a heat sink is not always required!

RE: Honeybee King v2 tuner shop

I haven't priced radios in a while, I think the DX6I, or DX7 may be in the same price range. I bought a 6EX, then when I realized it's shortcomings, I bought a Futaba 7CHP 72mhz TX by itself, but it...

Well, you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. Just hook up all 3 wires, and check direction. If it goes the wrong way, swap any 2 wires, and you've got it!

RE: Honeybee King v2 tuner shop

Is it a vibration, or a quick "wag"? A few millimeters is a large vibration. Wagging is usually caused by too much gain in a gyro.

You've got it right. The throttle stick should be at the mid point. As far as height of the swash is concerned, I couldn't say, except it should be about half way between minimum and maximum travel....
