It is the same at my club in Minnesota. I am the only guy who flies Airtronics and I love the equipment. I bought a 10 ch last year after flying RD 6000's. I love it.

Can you put a 5 cell NiMh pack and run it without a regulator on the new rcvr's? I know it is safe with the FHSS-1 series. I plan on running 2 packs in parallel.

This engine develops most of its power just over 9000 rpm. OS recommends not running it much over 10k. The stock mufflers do a great job. I have 3 of these and they are workhorses running a 16x8....
