RE: My first twin cylinder engine

17x6 APC, no fuel pressure, no onboard glow needed, very sweet running engine and very user friendly...not too bad on fuel at all, 16 oz will last plenty long.

RE: OS .10FP

I have used and worn out a .10 FSR, .10 FP, and a LA .10 on a little airboat. I used the smallest MACS pipe and header with a 7-3 prop. All the engines turned about 19000 RPM static on 15% nitro 20%...

RE: Fishing line for 1/2A CL lines

I use 30# for .35 size planes. 2 lines, 1/2 rated strength for knots and such, gives 30#. If your .09 size plane pulls anywhere near 30# you may need some adjustments...

RE: Fishing line for 1/2A CL lines

I have used 10 lb. Spectra at 42' for 1/2A models with good results. I use 20# for .10-.15 size planes. Have been using it for a year or so and still use some of my original lines with no signs of...

Those were KYO (Kyosho) kits from the 60s-70s from Japan. They were interesting but the gumwood supplied was HEAVY! Not too easy to build either...

RE: OS Gemini 160 Twin.

I run an APC 17-6 on my Ultra Stik and it does great! Very user friendly engine and sounds way cool! If you close the throttle the fuel seems to stay put. I have my tank lined up with the crank...

RE: 4-stroke for G.P. T-Craft?

If you're new to glow and want plenty of power, ease of use and cheap entry fee, the best 25 size engine would be an OS LA46! Really! For a 4-stroke, a saito 30-40 would be great also.
