Get yourself some valve lapping compund. Put some in the head of the screw, the grit in the compund will help the wrench to get some bite on the screw. Its an old A&P trick that has served me well.

I have a Jetser its a great flying plane! I have been flying it with a K&B 45 and Turbax setup. Its moves along pretty good maybe 80 mph range. I get about 8 lbs of thrust from my setup.
