I think I would use a .60 size motor on 5s for that plane running a 13x6 prop to start since your building the sport wing.... here would be a good choice for motor as a lower price starting...

yes, i use one,

the reason being i have a spinal cord injury and my body does not work as it should and i drop things and fall quite often so it keeps my expensive radios a bit safer ;) .........
