I never do, and they stick like snot to the ribs with thin CA whisked into the joint. These are pultruded, doubt there is any release on the surface.

6-4 could be good too. My motive for suggesting that prop was specifically that I was hoping you would avoid using a 7-3 due to its popularity as a go-to prop for the .074.. IMHO this is the opposite...

The Euro guys typically use 250cc on their 10cc ships....
