The entire wing was sheeted and glassed. The tapes were put on over the glass in the right places simulating rib stations. Once covered this gave the impression of ribs and open bays.

Depends on what you intend to do with the doors. It really doesn't matter which way you do it. If you intend to use the doors you can glass the entire area and then cut them out.

If you paint the styrene a dark color it may very well warp in the sun. I had that happen to me and ended up pulling it off and replacing it with thin aluminum.. That never warps.
