I have a 15GT that is running really rich on low end and is difficult to start without closing main needle. I've found that adjusting the low speed needle does not help.

Try Soda Blasting , it will clean most muck off...

Try Soda Blasting , it will clean most muck off it without damage. Clean up after by washing in warm water then oil well. It is not necessary to strip it down.
Soda blasting is good on Car Carbies...

I'd say you've been lucky as most paints in those cans will melt the foam that is used in the Mustang. However the original paint does provide a barrier against this.

Tubamike, it appears that both of these are out of stock at the moment.
I am using the first one in a model at around 16 to 18 Amp and it is as good as any other type I have tried.

That would be correct.
The 4wire plug on battery is for balance charging. I don't know what would happen to receiver unit when you plugged it into Xport I hope there is no damage.

What 4 wire cable do you mean? I have Focke Wolf that has stock PZ radio and all that was needed was to move jumper in RX to change to LiPo. the battery plugs in on the same two wires as the old nimh.

In fact I think you will find that the 6100 actually is only a single link where the 6000 from DX6 is truly a dual link rx. One of the wires on 6100 is a ground plane the other is the aerial. ...

I'd try a model car supplier, I think the 1/10 size have similar pitch pinions and they come in various tooth numbers, surely one would be the same.
