RE: Three Blade Prop

The power to weight ratio is skewed so much toward power that any inefficiencies attributed to 3 or 4 blade props is overshadowed.

RE: nexus 30 head wobble

Low speed will not cause the head to wobble. With wobbley head the helicopter will shake itself to pieces before it gets anywhere near 1600 rpm which is usually the rpm required for a hover....

RE: Ordered a 1/3 scale Sopwith Pup from Balsa USA

NCIS,

You don't really need to form the sheet around anything but the fuse itself. I used double sided foam tape to stick it down with first. Apply the tape to the aluminum sheet keeping it...

RE: How to bend wire landing gear...

Ferrous metals cannot be bent 90 degrees
without heating it....plain and simple.

As a former metallurgist and tool die maker, the above statement by Flyboy Dave is simply not true. Grain...

RE: 3W 150 TOC ignigtion

I don't think that is an accurate statement. How can both cylinders, attached to the same crank be at TDC at the same time?
