I did manage to work my way to a point that I have camber on the left position of the VR knob....normal in the middle position of the VR knob...and crow or butterfly on the right position of the VR...

Thanks, I did think about fore/aft balance and I haven't checked it yet. Of course the heli is being repaired due to the recent episode but I will check the balance before flying again.
