RE: How do I do the battery hook up?

I can give some input on #2. I believe from my research that it is recommended to use one battery so the power (voltage) applied to both motors is the same otherwise the motors will turn at different...

RE: Installing a cc bec pro with connectors

This my take on this.
Soldering direct to the esc is not recommended as it is very easy to harm the esc board with to much heat. I see no problem using micro deans as connectors. Micro's are rated...

RE: Esc?

This is my take on that question but I don't fly heli so it is based on what I have heard and read.

I think that is kind of like comparing a apple to a orange. They are both fruits. A heli and...

The 2200mah would be just fine but the 25 amp esc is to small.

RE: Eliminate BEC?

I use a short servo extension lead and cut the red wire on it so I can still use the built in one later if I want.

RE: Will a bent shaft make the motor and esc run hot?

Yes to both. A bend shaft will cause more heat ant current. A adapter shaft is soft and I have had numerous ones that bend on a light prop strike.

RE: Best way to blow up a lipo?

How do you plug in the balance cable. Using a good balance charger helps to stop charging the wrong number of cells.

I am not sure but I thought that the kv is rpm per volt but with no prop. The lower the kv the larger the prop. eg on my Power 46 670 kv I run 13 x 8 on 4s I get 8500 rpm with a load volt of 14v. On...

RE: Spektrum Futaba module for the 9c

The other problem is it difficult to remove the 2.4 antenna all the time to put the radio in my carrying case. I don't think even the upright futaba case will work.

RE: Kyosho T-33 Shooting Star Motor

I don't know about your motor but I use a Mega 16/15/3 which is max out at 30amps on 3s lipo with a 3000 kv rating. It fly's very nice on this. Maybe you can compare your motor to the Mega. I don't...
