  1. RE: Electronics question - can't find replacement mosfets

I tested the resistors and diodes. I'm not sure if the resistance on the resistors means a thing since they were tested still attached to the board but I'm guessing they are fine. Plus they all read...
  2. RE: Electronics question - can't find replacement mosfets

I asked on an electronics forum and found out that these two parts are actually rectifiers, thats why they read different. They are probably both fine. Also I don't appear to have a burnt up...
  3. RE: Electronics question - can't find replacement mosfets

splcrazy, I tried that site and didn't find anything but thanks. I'll end up taking it to a shop if I can't figure it out myself, just trying to save a couple $$$ first though:D Also thanks The Shark...
  4. Electronics question - can't find replacement mosfets

I have a Kicker KX600.4 (car stereo amplifier) running 4 channels for my speakers. When installing, I was a moron and had the stereo on, and accidentally touched the positive to an RCA. Two of my...
  5. RE: Savage throttle spring question

I'll test it both ways and see if there is a noticeable difference. I appreciate your advice.
  6. Savage throttle spring question

I finished the OFNA throttle mod on my savage. But I can't figure out what the addition of the spring is for. It works great without the spring, all the spring seems to do is add drag to the break....

  8. prop saver rubber band alternative for foamies?

Rather than using a rubber band on the prop saver on a small 3D foamie (4-10 oz), I used to have some very short cut pieces of medical tubing that worked great but I ran out and can't get more....
  9. Tail drifts - I've tried everything.

Just to throw it out there - I'm also asking this question on helifreak. I hope that's ok.

I'm working on an EXI 450 for a friend and the tail always drifts counterclockwise. It has a 401b (401...

  22. RE: Scorpion -8 with composite tail and swashplate?

Thanks a lot everyone! Once my anti-rotation bracket replacement comes in on Tuesday (gotta hate the things you don't catch after a repair until you're ready to fly again) then I'll give it a try....
  23. Scorpion -8 with composite tail and swashplate?
