RE: thunder tiger

Have you replaced the glow plug? If it's the .12 or .15 pro the OS A3 or LC3 are good replacements...

RE: Problem with Starting

Reduce the min. carb opening with the idle adjustment screw re-set the linkages accordingly (often just adjusting the trim won't do it). As oneofakind mentioned, posting a pic might help.

RE: Bigger tyres

Adding some spacers above the springs on the shocks should help somewhat ;)

I've played all of the expansions and the only one I wasn't overly impressed with was Operation Anchorage.

RE: Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising

I picked it up for the 360 but even on the easiest difficulty I can't make it past the part in the third level where you have to hold the southern road into the village. The other squads fall back so...

RE: aluminium rims?

What style? HPI have a nice range and if you go for the black rims they're dyed as opposed to painted and won't chip as a result. Most aluminium/chrome coloured rims will chip as it's a paint layer...

RE: aluminium rims?

Heavy, adds rotating mass and will bend in an impact, rendering them useless. I'd seriously think twice about spending money on them ;)

RE: thunder tiger TS4N racing

Overheating won't damage an engine, and it certainly won't cause leaks. It's a common misconception that running hot will damage an engine, when in fact it's a lack of lubrication (which often...

RE: thunder tiger TS4N racing

Keep the disk & pads clean and the linkage adjusted properly and it'll provide more than enough braking - even with the stock servo.

RE: thunder tiger TS4N racing

Pfft that's not dirty! Ideally you want to set the idle with the screw and linkage instead of the trims on the transmitter as braking will cause the gap to close further and could stall it out ;)

Do you have the manual for the car? It will answer a lot of your questions and may even include a troubleshooting guide.
