I fly my Xcalibur with stock air retracts since more than 3 years and in summer we often have 35C, never had 1 Festo tube off any nipple.

Totally agree, on my Xcalibur I've a Wren 80DCi that's planety fo power, light enough and I do not see any particular reason to overpower it too much much over 100N, unless having a 120 and limiting...

just to let you know that C&C Models was so kind to send me couple of new brakes disks + Orings : perfect now !

I think my problem were mainly due to dry/old Orings + potentially some dents...
