I ran mine for about 1/2 tank on the ground at low throttle and then flew it. Make first flights a little below full throttle and not over lean. No need to break in like a new...

I did take some tach reading while I was bench running and don't clearly remember the numbers.
I will probably fly it tomorrow and if I remember I will tach it again so I can report accurately.
