The ESM is cheaper by about $300 and that's including buying retracts for either. There are spare parts for the ESM plane, BUT, Horizon is really good to deal with service wise.

I think the ESM is the best looking one out there. I actually voted for the H9 in the poll only because it's the easiest to complete.
Most people that have ESM planes understand there's a bit more...

With a twin.....you can put both motor's starters on the same channel if you want....and have both motors start off the same switch, but.....that can present a problem if one motor starts before the...

Were I to build one, Id probably try and fit in two eme55 motors with electric starters. There is a smaller size 35cc MLD gas motor that can be fitted with an electric starter as well.

The brass tubes found at Hobbytown are pretty soft and safe to use. They don't damage the wire in any way. Copper is fine also.
