I'd suggest you consider finding a used 9C -- someone who'se bought a 9c super for example. Then you spend the same amount of money but get a lot more radio....this is a great radio...

Ailevator is setup for channels 2 - 8 as described in detai i your manual. It isnt intended for channel 7. you CAN make it use channel 7 by:

a) go to aux ch and set ch 7 to NULL so no...

Ned - -yes it is bad for your servos b/c they are picking up just extraneous junk noise instead of instruction. Always power up the TX first.

You have to account for the power of the digitals. Your analog servos were giving you far less actual torque at 1/8 stick, 1/4 stick, even 1/2 stick than his digitals will do.

The 6YG is a fairly recent system and is definitely fine. Also, ALL futaba equipment ever produced that was FM was narrow band and legal to use. so no worries there.

Respectfully, I disagree. Digital servos have so much more performance for equivalent torque; add that to the fact he's using 2, and he's applying way more torque than goldberg ever called...

You have to set both percentages to 100% (or -100%) to get the servo to operate in both directions. Move the elevator stick up and down to switch between the 2 settings.
