    RE: .40-.46 build plans

Well, I got started with a .61 build over the weekend. I've got all the stringers and bulkheads cut out and fitted together, I'll start epoxying as time permits.

    RE: .40-.46 build plans

Interestingly, these plans scaled up 25%, yield a boat with the same dimensions (length and beam) as my Big swamp buggy. The BSB with the .61 on it was not at all stable-quite top heavy in fact. ...

    RE: Flat bottom, pusher build

Thanks DBW. I haven't been around here much lately, but it seems we are on the same page as far as Cajun Gator's plans. I've been looking at those plans as well as a few others I've seen. I fully...

RE: I converted a glow engine to run on E85

To summarize: E85 with about 10%-15% high quality oil be it a synthetic or castor and a "hot" plug to keep this mixture lit. A leaner mixture setting to account for gasoline's higher heat...

    RE: Big Swamp Buggy ??'s

Hey guys. Its been a while, but I laid on primer tonight and finally test ran the old K&B .40 that will power the boat. It was quite a relief to see that old mill come to life. Its an engine that...
