Default NEW TopFlite GS P-47 Razorback 2015

News from Europe that TF is coming out with a new version of the GS P-47 Razorback....looking good.
Looks like they are going for a new design with a top hatch for those inclined to go electric..Still one piece wing though..bummmer..

Would be a perfect candidate for the saito 60cc radial.

Funny it's not on their website. It's a nice replacment to the previouse GS AFR. Hopefully they will up-date the design. I love mine, but it's a bit "dated". Very excited to see it on this side of the pond. Maybe it will be at Toledo this spring.

Maybe it will come out in a ARC.
At the current exchange rate it would be about 789.00.
85" wingspan

They have been releasing a new model every spring for several years. I hope they keep it up!

Looks like they're trying to stay competitive with Hangar-9 and making it more user friendly with the removable top hatch.

One thing I love about top flite is I know there will be more arfs and parts way down the road instead of like hangar 9 where after two years or so they don't make anymore.

Yeah its hard to beat a top flite for what they cost and how good they fly. I like them to be more nose heavy than the neutral in the manual. They seem to lock into a groove better. My p47 almost falls off the stand nose heavy at the recommended point but it flies on rails.

Just wanted to post this for those who may have trouble viewing the link to this exciting upcoming TF P-47 ARF...

T
he P-47D Thunderbolt Razorback is a furtherhighlight model from the Giant Scale Series fromTopFlite. The Razorback was one of the largest andfastest piston-engine US fighters of WWII. She rapidly made a name forherself, and became one of the most famouswarbirds of all time! The TopFlite P-47 Razorbackis modelled after Dominic Gentile's a member of the 336th Fighter Squadron of theUSAF Fourth Fighter Group. I emailed Hobbico This is the answer I received.

Christopher,
Thanks for your interest in our Top Flite model. The Razorback is scheduled for release in June. Pre-orders are usually available within 2-3 weeks before release so check with your local dealer to get one of the first arrivals.

Thanks from your Hobbico Airplane Team!
