Default Interesting item

Just recently ended, was all plastic but would have been interesting; too bad it slipped by me... :-(

Hey Jerry, I couldn't get there with that link. I'm not too computer literate, don'tcha know? But you find the coolest stuff so I'm very curious as to what's behind door number three.

EDIT: Got there by searching the name in the middle. Somebody got a real steal. I didn't even know 21st made anything in 1/10th. Very cool.

Since it is a non-released prototype up for sale, does that mean it's the buyer's intellectual property now?

$100 is a steal if he can start pumping them out.

Link worked for me, just needed to scroll down to see the item.

I went to Jerry's original post, highlighted from Ultimate-Soldier through halftrack and it comes up in the box on my google toolbar and then I click on search, click the first one that says ebay inn green, and it shows me the page.

This is what I see in the first post

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ultimate-Soldier-21st-Century-Toys-1-10-Scale-Prototype-German-Halftrack-amp-More-/271779869483?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f4757b32b&nma=true&si=sMf03tI67m1mHLMyB9gVw4xId1A%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557#

Except the part in red is black, and that's what I highlighted with the mouse.

And what a steal! I'd say "why doesn't that kind of thing ever happen to me?", but I'm pretty sure we're all thinking that. I know Jerry would've been all over this like a blanket if it hadn't slipped by, and even for a flake like me this would've been a great place to start in 1/10th scale. Kind of like a barn find.

Someone on WRCTC snapped it up. He's coverting it to RC too after inspecting it to see what the deal is.

Yep, saw that. It's actually quite a bit smaller than 1/10 scale as it turns out I believe closer to 1/12.5 scale. Still a good catch.

A full 1/10 scale Famo is at the top of my modeling bucket list.
