Default Extreme XGX 3 buggy and truck

Well I'm new to the whole hobby car scene. I bought two Extreme XGX 3 electric RC vehicles. One is a buggy and the other a truck. The cars themselves are completely identical except for the tires and a few body pieces. The company lists aftermarket aluminum parts but contacting them they give me the run around and push me to another website to buy the aftermarket parts which tell me they never carried those.
I wanted to know what I could do to get aftermarket parts and if there are other manufacturers that will be the same.
I feel terrible that I bought my son this for Christmas and both are broke but cannot find the aftermarket parts that are listed in the manual that comes with the vehicle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you show us pictures or tell us what parts are broken?

The shock tower braces and the front hub assembly. They seem to be the same part for either vehicle. The hub assembly is needed for the truck and shock tower braces for the buggy.

Hi
I bought my XGX 3 Buggy and Truck for Christmas and have broken a myriad of pieces. Also I bought 3 others and gave them away for Christmas. Anyways, Ebay carries all the parts you need. From Trial and error I have found parts from other RC's that work on the great little vehicles. RSI also gave me the run around about the aluminum parts that Banana Hobby carried (which they don't) I don't know where to get the aluminum parts from, but I can help you out with many other parts.

I've been trying to find the shock tower braces. They're not listed on eBay.

I also found that IMEX parts work for the steering knuckles.

Do you have a link to the steering knuckles?
