I love the use of 1/35. That scale has so many advantages over 1/16 when it comes to selection of kits and aftermarket and truthfully, I've rarely seen a 1/16 kit that rivals a 1/35 in realism.
You prove that on your 'set'. You can accomplish so much in a small space.
Your hull articulation is beautiful, I assume you are using Fruils (over another metal link) since the sag is really nice.
My only criticism is the smoke. To me it detracts from the effect because it looks out if scale. The shed, lighting, etc with a little tweaking could look real, but the way the smoke hangs doesn't. It does look better in the last video on the desk. Maybe a light fan movement while filming to move the hover cloud away would help.
Are you going to market this?

1/35 scale is suitable for table top or room-scale interactive battles. The technology to make clock-work like pieces is here.
Tracks are Spade Ace, which is similar to Fruils in composition and form, made of white-metal i.e. tin based alloy. We might also offer a higher-end die-cast zinc-alloy tracks, which are lighter and roghly double the strength. The advantage may not be apparent on slow-moving WWII heavies; but will mean a lot for future modern subjects.
Regarding smoke; this is user tunable by several parameters. How do you like the exhuast smoke effect in the following video:
"KV-1 heavies spotted in platoon formation in ... uh ... North Africa! Ha Ha..."

Zinc die cast would be cool. A lot go guys I've talked to don't want to use Fruils in moving models because of lead.
I think the way the smoke comes out of the exhaust is excellent, my comment is the way it hangs in the air is a giveaway. I mean that as a compliment, your scale effects are excellent, with better finish and weather they could be film quality miniatures. The way the smoke behaves in the air has nothing to do with your work, it's just the reality of the physical world.
Are you thinking of Pz II or III 1/35 track links in zinc. That would be huge with all the StuG kits out there.

Wow, I really like it. What are you using for electronics and as smoke generator? I need electronics for my Renault ft 17 and I need small smoke generators for other projects.

What are you controlling this tank with? I thought I saw a glimpse in one of the desk top videos, maybe on another forum, that looked like it's not the same type of TX we use for 1/16 scale tanks. More like it was computer controlled, maybe?

Very nice. I think this might be the direction I take going forward. The momentum and chassis roll you are demonstrating on this tank is inspiring. Please tell and show us more of what you got going on inside this tank.
Are you making and selling components to make this easier for the rest of us?

Thanks. Very interesting.
How do you control these tanks?. What does a person need to go along with the tank?. I would also like to know more about the battle system?
Cheers

All that said, what this KV does is much more impressive.

Where are these located? $392.00 is not to bad a price for what the KV-1 can do,and with a battle system, but where is it being shipped from?

Very little information on the website about who they are and details of the tank and the controls. About us just shows some nice machines and it looks like his demo field has a cnc driven camera system. More detailed info is really needed.

a quick update with some FPV in-vehicle videos
Our KV-1 are optionally equipped with a driver cam, and a gunner cam. Our cameras are mounted inside the tank, at the actual position where the gunner or driver are seated. There are no externally mounted cams or protrusions to affect the exterior at all... And since this is 1/35 scale, the camera resolution is limited to PAL/NTSC, which actually work well with head goggle. You get the feeling of being cramped in a Soviet tank, peering through vision slot. The vision is limited, but you can drive quite well, even maneuvering in tight corners.
As you can see in the first video, crossing over a bridge in FPV requires precise manuevering, just like driving the real thing. In this case, the driver was wearing a FPV goggle; and was assisted by a bystander who was calling out directions by voice.
