turn and burn

just recived my simjet today.started it up what a great turbine .but the only thing is when it was cooling down i started to notice a clicking noise.on inspection i found that the compressor.is catching on the blue cover in one place.now what do i do send it back or remove the blue cover to make shore it is in place right.will it have damage the blade cannot see any chips on the blade but hard to tell with the cover on it.i dont want to void any warranty on it.as it has only run once.any help would be great also i live in the uk thanks
