Default PowerSystem Competition 12 Turbo / A123

Hi, I just purchased a couple Competition 12 Turbo boards for my 35% planes, I had planned on using a couple Li-ion packs but have now decided to use A123 packs. Is there any issues using the A123 packs with the lower voltage, normally I would say no but wih the onboard voltage regs I thought I should ask.

Thx

Hi,
You should not set the servo voltage above 6.0V when using A123 packs on these. There needs to be a 0.5V difference between the battery input and the regulator output to maintain the requested regulated voltage. Other than that there is no issue.
