Batshare ?

Robert--Im considering the Batshare for an application other than for my RX. My question is if I only want to use one of the output leads, would that cause any issues with the unit's ability to draw equally from each battery ?

Hi Joe,
Using one output lead will work perfectly fine and both batteries will be drawn from equally. The reason for two output leads is to deliver the most current with the least voltage drop. Running two connectors in parallel reduces the resistance of the connection to the receiver by one half. The other reason is current handling, each connector is good for 3 amps. With two input batteries that equates to 6 amps so to make this work we need two output connectors to handle 6 amps. If you are not going to have more than 3 amps continuous then you can run one output lead. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi,
Yes, you can "Y" it in. This works fine.
